5:00-8:00PM: Rehearsal Dinner at Lyra

SATURDAY September 13, 2025

7:30AM: Ladies convene at Becca’s Air BnB — Sonder Greektown Apartments
- Beauty schedule is linked HERE or you can scroll and see below
- Breakfast & Coffee will be provided
- OFW planning team will arrive at 11:00AM
- Photographers + Videographer will arrive at 12:00PM
  - Lead Photo + Video with bride, second photo with guys
~11:30AM: Gentlemen convene at Wicker Park Air Bnb
- Be dressed (no jackets) by 12:00 for the photographer to arrive
12:00-12:30PM: Photographer captures detail photos and getting ready photos
- After these photos, Becca’s mom and MOH will get dressed to help Becca dress in her gown
12:30PM: The bride gets dressed!
12:45-1:00PM: Bride shares first looks with Bridesmaids + FOB
12:40PM: Greg + gents uber to the Sonder Greektown Apartments for first look
At approximately 1:00PM, the photographers will coordinate first look for Becca + Greg
- Meanwhile, the rest of the wedding party will gather all items and get ready to depart for photos
~1:05PM: Becca + Greg share their first look and personal vows
1:15PM: The wedding party and couple will load the van to travel to Bridgeport for photos
- Bring all reception items with you
1:35-2:30PM: Wedding Party photos around Bridgeport
- Depart for Bridgeport Art Center by 2:30PM
2:50-3:30PM: Couple portraits at Bridgeport Art Center
~3:15-3:30PM: Brief rehearsal for wedding party in Skyline Loft; including officiant, flower girl + ring bearer
- Becca + Greg will join toward the end
~3:30PM: Couple, wedding party, and family tucked in holding space
3:35PM: Guests are invited upstairs to find a seat
4:00PM: Becca + Greg get married!
- Following the ceremony, family and wedding party loop around for extended family photos
- Afterwards Greg + Becca spend a few private minutes in the VIP suite with drinks + snacks
4:30-5:30PM: Cocktail Hour
5:30-10:00PM: Dinner, Speeches, and Dancing
- Welcome toasts at approximately 5:45PM, after everyone is seated
  - Parents of the Bride
  - Parents of the Groom
- Wedding party members will share toasts beginning at approximately 6:35PM, after entrees are served
  - Meghan Joss, Matron of Honor
  - Mark Miskell, Best Man
- The couple will share a thank you toast at approximately 7:25PM
- Special dances begin at approximately 7:30PM, after another dance set
7:35PM: Dancefloor + photobooth open!
10:00PM: Wedding ends
10:30PM-Late: After party at Marz Brewing
