  • 5:00PM Ceremony Rehearsal at St. Clement Church

    • Hand off Marriage License

  • 6:00PM Rehearsal Dinner at Blue Door Kitchen & Garden

  • 8:30-10:00PM Welcome Reception at Marshall’s Landing — 2nd floor

SATURDAY July 19, 2025

LADIES

  • 6:30AM Ladies convene at Yardley Residence in Lincoln Park

  • 6:45-11:00AM Hair & Makeup services @ Yardley Residence

    • Beauty schedule is linked HERE (TBU) or you can scroll and see below

    • Breakfast, lunch, and beverages will be provided

    • 10:00AM Bouquets arrive from Natalia

    • 10:15AM OFW planning team arrives

    • 10:30AM Lead Photographer (Sally) & Videographer arrive

  • 11:00AM Hair & Makeup complete

    • Bride + Ladies get dressed

  • 11:30AM Bride’s First Look with bridesmaids / wedding party photos

  • 12:00PM Bride + ladies depart on trolley for Wolf Point Riverwalk

    • Bring all personal items on trolley (trolley will be wedding party only until drop off at the reception)

GENTLEMEN

  • ~10:00AM Gentlemen convene at the Westin Michigan Ave (Room # TBU)

    • Be dressed (no jackets) by 10:30AM for the photographer to arrive

  • 10:30AM Photographer (Nick) arrives

  • 10:30AM Boutonnières arrive from Natalia (Nick assists in pinning)

  • 11:30AM Groom + gents depart for Wolf Point Riverwalk (rideshare)

    • All gents to move personal items out of suite

  • 12-12:30PM Groomsmen photos at Wolf Point

TOGETHER

  • 12:45-1:00PM Bride + Groom First Look at Wolf Point

  • 1:00-1:45PM Couple portraits + some wedding party photos

  • 1:45PM Wedding Party departs for Church via trolley

  • 2:15PM Wedding Party arrives at church

    • Bride & dad first look

    • Photos with pups

  • 2:15PM Church doors open to all guests

  • 3:00PM Cat + Tim get married!

    • Following the ceremony, we will have immediate family remain at the altar for family photos

    • All other guests will gather on the steps for a brief exit onto the trolley

  • 4:15PM Trolley departs for Chicago History Museum grounds with Wedding Party for photos

    • Upon arrival at CHM, wedding party unloads all items into VIP suite

    • Cat + Tim head out directly for photos

  • 4:30-5:00PM Wedding Party photos on CHM grounds

  • 5:00-5:25PM Family photos

    • Immediate family meets on Plaza steps a few minutes before 5PM and OFW will bring you to photo location

    • Cat’s extended family will wait on Plaza steps for brief photo right before 5:30

    • Cat + Tim go inside for cocktail and rest before joining cocktail hour

  • 5:30-6:30PM Cocktail Hour at Chicago History Museum — Plaza

    • Guests can be dropped off on Clark Street and will walk around to North Ave and enter Plaza via path

    • Extended Ryan family meet on the North side of the Plaza steps at 6:20 for a large group family photo

  • 6:30-11:30PM Dinner, Speeches, and Dancing — Chicago Room & Robinson Gallery

    • The couple will be introduced and then will cut their cake

    • The MOB, Jackie Yardley, will share a toast once the couple is seated

    • The FOB, Tim Yardley, will share a welcome toast after salads are served

    • Wedding party members will share toasts beginning at approximately 8:00PM, after entrees have been served

      • Grant Hanna, Best Man

      • Caroline Yardley, Maid of Honor

    • Following these toasts, the couple will share a toast, followed by special dances and then the dance floor opens!

  • 10:00PM Coach busses available for guest transit to Westin Michigan Ave

    • Will continue to loop as needed

    • Bus pick up is on Clark Street (main entrance)

  • 11:30PM Wedding ends

  • 11:45PM Final guest bus available back to Westin Michigan Ave and/ or after party

  • 12:00AM- Late After Party
