SATURDAY August 16, 2025

6:45AM - 2:15PM Morning, first looks, and photos
- 6:45AM Ladies convene in the Gold Coast Suite at the Park Hyatt. Breakfast & lunch will be provided.

- 11:30AM OFW planning team arrives
- 11:30AM Gents convene in the Library at the Park Hyatt (Dressed)
- 11:30AM All personal floral will be dropped at the Park Hyatt
- 11:30AM Lunch for wedding party and family
- 12:00PM Photographers & Videographer arrive (lead photographer with ladies; second with gents)
- 12:30PM Second Videographer arrives and heads to Scott
- 12:30PM Bridal attendants, MOB gets dressed
