Emily + Brad: Joyful, Classic, Warm Fall Wedding
How do I even start with Emily + Brad?! They are two of the kindest, warmest souls, and every call we had together left me feeling inspired and SO excited to celebrate their marriage. We kicked off their planning process with a venue search and landed on the crisp, cozy Dalcy and we filled the room with romantic florals from Fleur, fabulous music from Beatmix Music and SO MUCH joy and laughter. I can’t believe we’re already celebrating their 1st anniversary.
Happy #1 to the Pinelesses! Xo Olivia

The bride started her day with her favorite people at the aptly named Emily Hotel with hair styling by the talented Erin Graham and makeup provided by the incredible Jose Deleon. The bridesmaids wore classy black dresses and the bride shared some sweet moments with her dad, brother, and bridesmaids to kick off the morning.
While the bride was getting her finishing touches, Brad was hanging with his guys, donning a custom suit from Balani Custom Suits.
Soon, it was time to head upstairs at The Emily for the couple’s first look, which is filled with sweetness, love, and lots of big laughs. They had a chance to read private vows, just the two of them. It was beyond special. These two really enjoyed being with one another, and it is so clear that they’re meant to be.
They loaded up a waiting bus and headed into a beautiful fall day in Chicago for some wedding party photos. The group was SO fun.
We also had a few extra minutes for some more portraits of the lovely couple. What joy!
While the wedding party and couple were off with the photographers, the rest of the vendor team was at the Dalcy setting up their stunning ceremony. Fleur really knocked it out of the park with this chuppah!
When the family arrived, they were led into the space for a meaningful ketubah signing.
Just as the sun was going down, the processional began and the couple was married in a breathtaking Jewish ceremony under a lush chuppah. What a special couple and a ceremony I’ll never forget!
After the ceremony was over, guests visited Aba down the hall with its dripping olive trees while the vendor team flipped the main dining room. The dining room turned into a glowy haven of candles and lush floral.
E+B opted for a private cake cutting before the reception and they got a chance to practice their first dance.
After everyone was seated, the couple joined their guests for a delicious dinner, punctuated by speeches and so many joyful moments.
Finalllyyyyyyy we got to the dance floor! And oh, what a dance floor. And perhaps the most fun Hora ever?! I kept saying that I wish I had been a guest!
The final surprise of the night was a full outfit change and the couple re-entering to Pink Pony Club. The room exploded!!
What a wedding full of so much joyful sparkle. It was a pleasure to be part of it. Congrats, you two. Xo
