FRIDAY February 20, 2026

  • 5:00PM: Rehearsal Dinner at Basil Leaf Cafe

SATURDAY February 21, 2026

  • 8:30AM: Ladies convene in Alex M’s room at Hotel Lincoln

    • Beauty schedule — scroll and see below

    • OFW planning team will arrive at 11:30AM

  • ~11:00AM: Gents convene in Groomsman’s room at Hotel Lincoln

    • Please be dressed without jackets by 12:40 for photo

  • 12:00PM Photographers arrive at Hotel Lincoln

    • Photographer will capture Ladies’ detail photos and getting ready photos from 12:30-1:00PM

    • Photographer will capture Gents’ detail photos and getting ready photos from 12:45-1:30PM

  • ~1:00PM: The bride gets dressed!

    • MOB dressed ahead of time to help Bride into dress

    • Wedding party gets dressed + moves personals out of suite while Bride gets dressed

  • ~1:30PM: Bride’s first look with Dad

  • ~1:40PM: Bride’s first look with Bridesmaids

  • 1:50PM: Couple’s First Look at Hotel Lincoln

  • ~2:05PM: Transportation departs Hotel Lincoln for photos at Lincoln Park Conservatory with couple, wedding party, family members

  • 2:15PM: Transportation arrives at Lincoln Park Conservatory for photos

  • 2:15-3:15PM: Couple & Wedding Party photos at Lincoln Park Conservatory — possibly outside, dependent on weather

  • 3:15PM: Transportation departs Lincoln Park Conservatory Cafe Brauer with couple, wedding party, family members

  • 3:25PM: Transportation arrives at Cafe Brauer

    • Wedding Party + Family to meet in ceremony space for brief rehearsal

  • 3:35-3:50PM: Brief Rehearsal in ceremony space for Wedding Party + Parents

  • 4:00-4:20PM: Family photos at Cafe Brauer in ceremony space

  • 4:25PM: Wedding party and couple head downstairs to tuck away in restaurant space

  • 4:30PM: Guests begin arriving at Cafe Brauer

  • 5:00PM: Alex + Alex get married!

    • Following the ceremony, family stays in ceremony space for extended family photos

    • Alex + Alex spend a few private minutes upstairs with drinks and snacks

  • 5:30-6:30PM: Cocktail Hour — North Loggia

  • 6:30PM-12:00AM: Dinner, Speeches, and Dancing — Great Hall

    • Parents of Bride, Maureen + Jim McKenzie, give welcome toast at approximately 6:55PM, immediately following cake cutting

    • Toasts will begin at approximately 7:35PM, after entrees are served

      • Parents of Groom, Nancy + Ralph Baumel

      • Maid of Honor, Brittany Linnemeyer,

    • The couple will share a Thank You toast at approximately 7:45PM, followed by special dances and then the dance floor opens!

  • 12:00AM: Wedding ends
