FRIDAY January 30, 2026

  • 7:00PM: Rehearsal Dinner at Summer House Santa Monica

SATURDAY January 31, 2026

  • ~8:30AM: Ladies convene in Elzabeth’s room at Nobu

    • Beauty schedule — scroll and see below

    • OFW planning team will arrive at 1:30PM

  • 2:00PM Photographer arrives at Nobu

    • Photographer will capture Gents’ detail photos and getting ready photos from 2:00-2:15PM

    • Photographer will capture Ladies’ detail photos and getting ready photos from 2:15-2:30PM

  • 2:35-2:50PM: The bride gets dressed!

    • MOB + MOH dressed ahead of time to help Bride into dress

  • 3:10PM: Couple’s First Look at Nobu

  • 3:30PM: Transportation departs Nobu for The Arbory with couple, wedding party, family members

  • 3:45PM: Transportation arrives at The Arbory

  • 3:45-4:45PM: Couple & Wedding Party photos at The Arbory

  • 4:45-5:45PM: Guest transportation loops from hotel to The Arbory

    • First guest arrival at 5:20PM

  • 4:45-5:30PM: Family photos at The Arbory

  • 5:40PM: Wedding party and couple head to The Arbory Wedding Suite

  • 5:45PM: Guests arrive at The Arbory

  • 6:00PM: Elizabeth + Matt get married!

    • Following the ceremony, family stays in ceremony space for extended family photos

    • Elizabeth + Matt spend a few private minutes in the wedding suite with drinks and snacks

  • 6:30-7:30PM: Cocktail Hour

  • 7:30PM-12:00AM: Dinner, Speeches, and Dancing

    • MOB Welcome toast at approximately 7:55PM, immediately following cake cutting

    • Wedding party members will share toasts beginning at approximately 8:45PM, after entrees are served

      • Suzanne Doornbos, MOH

      • Adam Davis, Best Man

    • The couple will share a Thank You toast at approximately 9:45PM, then the dance floor opens!

  • 9:30PM: Guest transportation begins loops back to hotels — every 30 mins

  • 12:00AM: Wedding ends

  • 12:15AM: Final transportation loop departs The Arbory for Hyatt House, then Nobu
