07:00AM-07:15AM Ladies convene in Courtney’s suite at the Nobu Hotel
- Beauty begins at 7:45AM
- OFW planning team will arrive at 11:30AM
- Photographers + Videographers will arrive at 12:00PM
10:00AM Gentlemen convene in Patrick’s suite at the Nobu Hotel
- Be dressed (no jackets) by 12:00PM for getting ready shots with photographer
12:30PM MOB & Attendees get dressed
- Return all personal items not needed for the remainder of the day to individual rooms
12:50PM Courtney gets dressed with MOB & Sister
- All ladies get dressed and ready for bride’s reveal
1:20PM Bride’s first look with ladies
- Once complete, head down to the trolley
1:25PM Gents head down to lobby to load bus for church
- To leave at 1:35PM
