  • 5:00PM Rehearsal at St. Michael Church Old Town

  • 6:00-9:00PM Rehearsal Dinner at Formento’s

  • 8:30-11:30PM Welcome Party at Jefferson Tap

Saturday April 18, 2026

  • 08:30AM Ladies convene in Courtney’s suite at the Nobu Hotel

    • Beauty begins at 8:45AM

    • OFW planning team will arrive at 12:45PM

    • Photographers + Videographers will arrive at 1:00PM

  • 12:00PM Gentlemen convene in Patrick’s suite at the Nobu Hotel

    • Be dressed (no jackets) by 1:00PM for getting ready shots with photographer

  • 1:30PM MOB & Attendees get dressed

    • Return all personal items not needed for the remainder of the day to individual rooms

    1:30PM Courtney gets dressed with MOB & MOHs

    • All ladies get dressed and ready for bride’s reveal

  • 2:00PM Gents head down to lobby to load bus for church

    • To leave at 2:05PM

  • 2:00PM Bride’s first look with ladies

  • 2:10PM Courtney’s first look with Dad in Courtney’s suite

    • Once complete, head down to the trolley

  • 2:20PM Trolley departs with Bride & Bridesmaids

  • 3:00-4:00PM Courtney + Patrick get married!

    4:00-4:30PM Formal family photos at St. Michaels

  • 4:30PM Family loads 22 PAX bus for Nobu Hotel

  • 4:30PM Wedding Party departs St. Michael on trolley for photos

  • 5:45PM Family loads 22 PAX bus at Nobu Hotel for The Dalcy

  • 5:45PM Wedding Party departs photos on trolley for The Dalcy

  • 6:00-7:00PM Cocktail Hour, Aba

  • 7:00PM-12:00AM Dinner, Speeches, and Dancing

    • The couple will cut their cake immediately following entrance

    • Father of the Bride toast at approxiamately 7:50PM

    • MOHs toast at approximately 8:30PM

    • Best Man toast immediately following MOHs toasts
