FRIDAY November 6, 2026

  • 6:00-8:00PM Rehearsal Dinner at Orso’s Restaurant

  • 8:00-10:00PM Welcome Drinks at Happy Camper

SATURDAY November 7, 2026

  • Ladies convene in the Library at Hotel Lincoln at 9:30AM

    • Beauty schedule is linked HERE or you can scroll and see below

    • Food & Beverage will be provided

    • OFW planning team will arrive at 1:15PM

    • Photographers will arrive at 2:00PM

  • Gentlemen convene Hotel Lincoln around 12:00PM

    • Walk around LP + have lunch

    • Be dressed (no jackets) by 2:00 for the photographer to arrive

  • 2:45-3:15PM Zach & Laura share their first look and take portraits at Hotel Lincoln

  • 3:15PM Wedding party & couple walk to venue — weather permitting

  • 3:15-3:45PM Wedding party photos

  • 4:00PM Family arrives at venue for photos

  • 4:00-4:15PM Brief rehearsal for wedding party & sound check for Officiant

  • 4:20-4:40PM Family photos at the Chicago History Museum

  • 4:45-5:00PM Ketubah signing at venue in train car/Crossroads Exhibit

    • Quick grandparent photo immediately following Ketubah signing

  • 4:45PM Guest buses depart from hotels to venue

    • Hotel Lincoln --> Residence Inn --> Homewood Suites --> Chicago History Museum Clark Street Entrance

  • 5:30PM Zach & Laura get married!

    • Following the ceremony, we will have extended family remain at the ceremony site for some brief photos.

  • 6:00-7:00PM Cocktail Hour

  • 7:00-11:30PM Dinner, Speeches, and Dancing

    • Hamotzi/kiddush prayer over wine will take place at approximately 7:25PM

    • Speeches will begin at approximately 8:20PM

    • Following these toasts, we’ll move into the couple’s first dance, then the dancefloor opens!

  • 11:30PM Wedding ends and guests are invite to the karaoke after party at Burton Place
