  • 4:00PM Rehearsal at Saint Clement Catholic Church

  • 5:30-8:30PM Welcome Party at Ranalli’s

Saturday November 14, 2026

  • 6:35AM Ladies convene at The Chicago Club

    • Beauty begins at 6:50AM — scroll down for schedule

    • OFW planning team will arrive at 10:30AM

    • Photographers + Content Creator will arrive at 11:00AM

  • 10:00AM Gentlemen convene in Joey’s room at The Chicago Club

    • Be dressed (no jackets) by 11:00AM for getting ready shots with photographer

    • All Gents head to lobby at 11:55AM to load transportation for church

  • 11:00-11:30AM Details + getting ready shots with ladies in Emily’s room

    • All Bridesmaids get dressed and meet in lobby for transportation to church at ~12:10PM

  • 11:40PM Emily gets dressed

    • MOB dressed in wedding attire to help Emily get into dress

  • 12:00PM Bride’s first look with Dad

    • Immediately following, Bride’s first look with Brother

  • 12:05PM Transportation departs with Gents from The Chicago Club for Saint Clement Catholic Church

    • Go to holding room upon arrival

  • 12:15PM Transportation departs with Ladies from The Chicago Club for Saint Clement Catholic Church

  • 1:00-2:00PM Emily + Joey get married!

  • 2:00-2:30PM Family photos at church immediately following ceremony

    • Wedding party heads to transportation

  • 2:30PM Transportations departs church with wedding party for photos

  • 2:45-4:00PM Photos at TBD location

  • 4:00PM Transportation arrives at The Chicago Club with wedding party

  • 4:00-4:15PM Couple photos around The Chicago Club — just Emily + Joey

  • 5:00-6:00PM Cocktail Hour — The Chicago Club

  • 6:00-11:00PM Dinner, Speeches, and Dancing — The Chicago Club, Third Floor Ballroom

    • Father of the Bride welcome toast immediately following the couple’s entrance

    • Blessing from Fr. Bob Baumann immediately following FOB toast

    • Speeches will begin once entrees have been served at approximately 7:30PM

      • Best Man — Ryan Laughlin

    • Thank you toast by couple immediately following wedding party speeches at approximately 7:40PM

  • 7:45PM Guests transition to Second Floor Ballroom for dancing

  • 8:00PM Cake cutting
