Schedule of Events

FRIDAY OCTOBER 24, 2025

  • 4:00-4:45PM Rehearsal at Herrington Inn

  • 5:30-8:30PM Rehearsal Dinner at The Office - 2nd floor

SATURDAY OCTOBER 25, 2025

  • 7:00AM Ladies begin to convene at Bride’s family home

    • Breakfast/lunch available throughout getting ready period

    • Dry hair, clean skin, all ready by 7:30 AM

    • No steaming in HMU area

  • 7:15AM Beauty team arrives at Bride’s family home

    • See below for beauty schedule

    • Breakfast/Lunch will be provided for ladies throughout day

    • OFW planning team will arrive at 11:00AM

    • Photographers will arrive at 11:30AM

  • ~11:30AM Gentlemen convene in Mikey’s room at The Herrington Inn

    • Lunch will be provided for gents

    • Fully dressed and present for photo's arrival by 12:15 PM

  • Photographer will capture detail photos and getting ready photos from 11:30AM-12:00PM

    • After these photos, Alyssa’s mom + MOHs will get dressed to help Alyssa get into her dress

  • 12:15PM The bride gets dressed!

    • Bridal portraits in suite — Bridesmaids gather personal items and head downstairs for dress reveal, after reveal head out for venue

    • Alyssa’s first look with the FOB on patio at ~12:50PM

  • 1:00PM Bridesmaids depart for venue

    • Once dropped off at lobby, car will return for Alyssa, MOB + FOB

    • Bridal Party + family wait in lobby until after first look

  • 1:15PM Alyssa & Mikey share their first look outside at The Herrington Inn

  • 2:00-3:15PM Couple, Bridal Party + Immediate Family portraits at Herrington Inn

  • 3:15PM Couple, Bridal Party + Parents head to suite to freshen up before ceremony

  • 3:30PM Guests begin arriving

  • 4:00-4:30PM Alyssa + Mikey get married!

  • 4:30-5:30PM Cocktail Hour

    • Extended family photos outside at 4:45PM

  • 5:30PM-11:00PM: Dinner, Speeches, and Dancing

    • Grand entrance at ~5:45PM

      • Cake cutting immediately following grand entrance

      • FOB toast immediately following

      • Cake cutting immediately following

    • Speeches will begin at approximately 6:30PM

      • Best Man, Nick Peters

      • Maid & Matron of Honor, Josie Mackay and Rheannon Mathis—immediately following Best Man toast

    • Special dances at approximately 7:25PM, following a brief thank you from the couple

      • Father/Daughter + Mother/Son Dance

      • Couple’s Frist Dance

  • 7:30PM Dance floor opens!

  • 8:30PM Cobar bar opens

  • 11:00PM: Event ends
