Saturday, October 10, 2026

  • 06:45AM Ladies convene in Avery’s suite at Deer Path Inn

    • Beauty begins at 7:00AM—See below for beauty schedule

    • Brunch & drinks provided

    • OFW coordinator, Katie, will arrive at 11:00AM

    • Photographers will arrive at 11:30PM

    • Videographer will arrive at 12:45PM

  • 12:00PM Gentlemen convene in Sam’s room at Deer Path Inn

    • Lunch& drinks will be provided

    • Be dressed (no jackets) by 1:00PM — groomsmen will take getting ready/detail photos

  • 12:45-1:00PM Ladies getting ready, matching PJs & champagne pop photos in Avery’s suite

  • ~1:05-1:20PM Avery gets dressed with MOB & MOH

    • MOB & MOH dressed in wedding attire

  • 1:20PM Bride’s reveal to bridesmaids in Avery’s suite

    • Bridesmaids to move personal items out of suite then meet in Windsor Hall for photos

  • 1:30PM Bride’s first look with FOB in Avery’s suite

    • Immediately following, the FOB will escort Avery down for the couple’s first look

  • 1:30PM Second shooter & video set-up Sam for first look

  • 1:40PM Bride & Groom first look/private vows at Deer Path Inn — outside on sidewalk by ivy wall or in foyer of Windsor Hall

    • Couple will take a few portraits before joining wedding party for photos

  • 2:00-3:00PM Couple & wedding party photos around Deer Path Inn

    • Few photos with siblings then they can head inside

    • Wedding Party meets in Windsor Hall for photos

  • 3:00PM Wedding party heads inside and freshens up before brief rehearsal

  • 3:30-3:45PM Wedding party, family & Officiant meet in Windsor Hall for brief rehearsal

    • Officiant does sounds check

  • 3:45-4:15PM Immediate family photos at Deer Path Inn in Windsor Hall or outside

    • Avery's Dad side first

    • Then Mom’s side

    • Then Sam's family

  • ~4:15PM Couple wedding party & family freshen up and hang in suite or downstairs

  • 4:30PM Guest begin arriving at Deer Path Inn — Windsor Hall

  • ~4:50PM Line up couple, wedding party & family in hall/foyer for processional

  • 5:00PM Avery & Sam get married!

  • 5:00-6:00PM Cocktail Hour at Deer Path Inn — Windsor Hall

  • 6:00-11:00PM Dinner, Speeches, and Dancing at Deer Path Inn — Windsor Hall

    • Immediately following their entrance, the couple will cut their cake

    • Immediately following cake cutting, the couple will share their first dance

    • Immediately following their first dance, the couple will share a thank you toast

    • First course served ~6:55PM

    • The FOB will share a toast at ~7:20PM on the dancefloor near the headtable

    • Second course served ~7:25PM

    • Wedding party members will share toasts beginning at approximately 7:40PM once last salad is served

      • Best Man—Matt Kurgan

      • MOH —Anne Fields

    • Third course served ~7:55PM

    • Cake & coffee served ~8:10PM

    • Following cake & coffee service, the Bride & FOB will share a special dance, followed by the Mother/Son dance

    • Immediately following special dances, the dance floor opens!

  • 11:00PM Reception ends
