  • 07:15AM Ladies convene at Rachel’s Parents’ Home

    • Beauty begins at 7:30AM—See below for beauty schedule

    • Breakfast & lunch provided

    • OFW planning team will arrive at 11:30AM

    • Lead photographer will arrive at 12:00PM

  • 12:00PM Gentlemen convene in Brock’s room at the Lincolnshire Marriott

    • Lunch for the gents in Brock’s room at 12:00PM

    • Be dressed (no jackets) by 1:00PM — groomsmen will take getting ready/detail photos

  • 12:35PM Rachel gets dressed with MOB

    • MOB dressed in wedding attire

  • 1:00PM Bride’s first look with FOB

    • Immediately following, a few immediately family photos with parents & brother

  • 1:15PM Bride departs for the Lincolnshire Marriott

  • 1:45PM Bride arrives at the Lincolnshire Marriott

  • 2:00PM Bride + Groom first look at the Lincolnshire Marriott — Rose Garden

  • 2:00-2:45PM Couple photos around Lincolnshire Marriott

    • Wedding Party meets for photos near willow tree at 2:30PM

  • 4:30PM Rachel + Brock get married!

    • Extended family photos immediately following ceremony at Lakeside Pavilion Patio

  • 5:00-6:00PM Cocktail Hour at Lincolnshire Marriott — Lakeside Pavilion Patio

  • 6:00-10:30PM Dinner, Speeches, and Dancing at Lincolnshire Marriott — Lakeside Pavilion

    • The couple will cut their cake privately before guests enter

    • The couple will share their first dance immediately following entrance

    • FOB toast immediately after couple’s first dance

    • Wedding party members will share toasts beginning at approximately 6:45PM once last salad is served

    • Childcare available in Council Room starting from 6:30-10:30PM

    • Rachel + Brock will share a Thank You toast at 7:30PM

    • Following the couple’s thank you toast, the Bride & FOB will share a dance and then the dance floor opens!
