5:30PM Trolley pick up at Viceroy for rehearsal guests to dinner
6:00-8:30PM Rehearsal Dinner, The Hoxton - Cira

6:30AM Ladies convene in Penthouse Suite at the Viceroy

- OFW planning team will arrive at 12:30PM
- Photographers will arrive at 1:00PM
- Hair & makeup is complete by 1:40PM
~11:00AM Gents convene at the Viceroy
- Dressed and ready for photographer by 1:00PM
- 1:30PM photographer arrives to capture gentlemen getting ready shots

6:00-7:00PM Cocktail Hour at the Viceroy, Clubhouse (2nd floor)
7:00PM-11:00PM Dinner, Speeches, and Dancing at the Viceroy, Cedar Ballroom (2nd floor)
- The couple will be introduced, followed by parent welcome toasts (Bob Mayer & Bob Bedford)
- Speeches will begin at ~8:15PM , once all entrees have been served
  - Emily’s sister, Kirsten
  - Pat’s brother, Kyle
- After entrees are cleared, the couple will share a thank you toast followed by special dances
- After special dances conclude, the dance floor will open!
