6:45AM Ladies convene at The Talbott
7:00AM Beauty services begin

- The bride’s hair is at 8:30AM & makeup is at 7:05AM
- OFW planner, Olivia arrives at 10:00AM
- Photographers arrive at 10:00AM
~9:30AM Gents convene at The Talbott
- Be dressed and ready for photos at 10:30AM
10:00-10:40AM Detail & getting ready shots (girls - matching outfits, champagne pop)
10:40-11:15AM Bride gets dressed & bridal portraits
- MOB & MOH dressed to assist bride
- Bridesmaids reveal in suite followed by First Look with Dad
- Bridesmaids & family to load transportation after reveal
11:15AM (1) Party Bus departs The Talbott with Bride, Bridesmaids & family for church
11:30AM Transportation arrives at the church with Bride, Bridesmaids & family
- Upon arrival, there will be bridal portraits, wedding party & some family shots (separate from the groom)
11:20AM (1) Sprinter van departs The Talbott with Groom, Groomsmen, & family for church
- Head to holding space (Museum) upon arrival at church
12:00PM (2) Guest shuttles arrive at The Talbott
- Depart at 12:05PM
12:30-1:30PM Ceremony at St. Michael’s Old Town
1:30-1:45PM Brief Wedding party & family photos outside in courtyard at church
1:45PM Wedding party & family depart church for TOTL in party bus
- Drop personal items in VIP suite upstairs
- Lunch provided by Blue Plate in main bar area
1:45PM Bride + Groom depart church in sprinter van with photographers for photos in Lincoln Park
2:15-3:15PM Couple photos around Lincoln Park (Lily Pond)
~3:30PM Couple arrives at TOTL
3:45-4:00PM Lakefront photos with party & family
4:30-6:00PM Cocktail Hour at large indoor bar & South Patio
- A few large extended family photos will take place during cocktail hour
6:00PM-10:30PM Dinner, Speeches, and Dancing
- A welcome toast from the MOB, Mary Beth Robinson, will take place immediately following the couple’s introduction
- Then, Father Augustine Hoelke will give a blessing over the meal
- Salads will be served, followed by wedding party speeches
  - Maid of Honor, Nour
  - Best Men, Jason, Jackson, and Benjamin
- Entrees are then served and cleared, followed by the couple’s cake cutting and special dances
