7:30AM Beauty services begin

- The bride’s hair is at 9:00AM & makeup is at 7:35AM
- OFW planner, Olivia arrives at 10:15AM
- Photographers arrive at 10:30AM
~10:30AM Gents convene at The Talbott
- Be dressed and ready for photos at 10:30AM
10:30-11:10AM Detail & getting ready shots (girls - matching outfits, champagne pop)
11:10AM-12:00PM Bride gets dressed & bridal portraits
- MOB & MOH dressed to assist bride
- Bridesmaids reveal in suite followed by First Look with Dad
- Bridesmaids & family to load transportation after reveal
11:45AM (1) Sprinter van departs The Talbott with Groom, Groomsmen, & family for church
- Head to holding space upon arrival at church
12:00PM (2) Guest shuttles arrive at The Talbott
- Departs at 12:05PM

- A welcome toast from the MOB, Mary Beth Robinson, will take place immediately following the couple’s introduction
- Then, Father Augustine Hoelke will give a blessing over the meal
- Salads will be served, followed by wedding party speeches
  - Maid of Honor, Nour
  - Best Men, Jason, Jackson, and Benjamin
- Entrees are then served and cleared, followed by the couple’s cake cutting and special dances

9:00-11:00AM Farewell Brunch at The Talbott Hotel

Please have all ladies arrive with clean, makeup free faces, freshly shampooed, blow dried, product free hair, and ideas or photos of the look they will want.

Ample time is given for each person during their appointment. To remain on time for the wedding day, each appointment is not to exceed the allotted time. Changes and touch ups will be permitted at the end of the schedule as time allows
