  • 07:00AM Ladies convene in Mary Claire’s room at the Lincolnshire Marriott

    • Beauty begins at 7:15AM — scroll down for schedule

    • OFW planning team will arrive at 10:00AM

    • Photographers will arrive at 10:30AM

  • 11:00AM Gentlemen convene in Brian’s room at the Lincolnshire Marriott

    • Be dressed (no jackets) by 11:45AM for getting ready shots with photographer

  • 11:45AM Mary Claire gets dressed

    • MOB + MOHs dressed in wedding attire to help Mary Claire get into dress

  • 12:15PM Reveal to bridesmaids in Mary Claire’s room

  • 12:20PM First look with Dad in Mary Claire’s room

  • 12:30PM Bride + Groom share their first look at the Lincolnshire Marriott

  • 12:30PM Wedding party + family head to lobby for transportation

  • 12:45PM Transportation departs hotel for church with Bride + Groom, wedding party and immediate family

  • 1:00-1:30PM Photos outside of church

  • 1:30PM Wedding party and family head to holding spaces in church

  • 2:00-3:00PM Mary Claire + Brian get married!

  • 3:00-3:30PM Family photos at church immediately following ceremony

    • Wedding party heads to transportation

    • The couple will share their first dance immediately following entrance

    • The couple will cut their cake immediately following their first dance

    • Father of the Bride welcome toast immediately following cake cutting

    • Wedding party speeches will begin once entrees have been served at approximately 7:05PM
