  • 9:00AM-2:45PM Morning Routines & Getting Ready at the Hotel

    • 9:00AM Keith + Claire separate at the hotel for their own morning routines with friends

    • 12:00-1:30PM Claire Hair & Makeup appointment @ Graduate Hotel

      • Nora Wright and Liza Elman Lawlor meet in Claire's room

    • 1:45/2:00PM Coordinator and Photographer arrive @ Graduate Hotel

    • 2:00-2:45PM Photography coverage at hotel; Keith and Claire separate

      • Includes a bridal first look with Claire’s mom, dad, dad’s wife (Betsy) and sister, Meghan just after 2:30PM

  • 2:45-4:15PM First Look & Photos

    • 2:45PM “First Look” @ Graduate Hotel and then off to Gillson Park for photos

    • 3:00-3:45PM Claire & Keith Portraits @ Gillson Park

    • 3:45-4:15PM Family Photos @ Gillson Park

  • 4:15-4:30PM Pre-ceremony

    • 4:15PM Couple takes a breather in the Library @ MSC

  • 5:45-6:00PM Receiving Line & move to MSC

    • 5:45-6:00PM Casual receiving line as guests move to MSC

    • 6:00PM Couple take a moment for snacks and drinks in the Library @ MSC before joining cocktail hour

  • 6:00-7:00PM Cocktail Hour

    • At the tail end of cocktail hour, the Lindgren side will convene for one large photo

  • 7:00-8:30PM Dinner & Speeches

    • Introduction

    • Welcome toast, Mary Beth Tighe

    • Blessing, and then salads are served

    • After salads, Keith’s parents, Claire’s father, and couple’s friend, Dylan, speak

    • Entrees are served

    • After dinner, Claire & Keith cut their cake and share their first dance

  • 8:30-11:00PM Dancing & Late Night
