  • 6:30PM Ceremony Rehearsal at St. Mary of the Angels Catholic Church / Marriage License hand-off

  • 7:30PM Rehearsal Dinner at Maxwell’s Trading

  • 10:00PM Transportation for Bride, Bridesmaids, Parents of Bride, Bride’s Grandparents, and Mother of Groom to Burr Ridge

SATURDAY May 31, 2025

  • 6:30AM Ladies convene at Carnagio Residence in Burr Ridge

    • Beauty schedule is linked HERE or you can scroll and see below

    • Breakfast, lunch, and beverages will be provided

    • OFW planning team will arrive at 9:00AM

    • Lead Photographer arrives at Carnagio Residence at 9:00AM

  • ~10:00AM Gentlemen convene at West Loop Air BnB

    • Be dressed (no jackets) by 11:00AM for the photographer to arrive

  • 10:00AM Hair & Makeup complete for Bride, MOB, and bridesmaids - get dressed for photos

  • 10:15AM Bride’s First Look with FOB

  • 10:30AM Bride’s First Look with Bridesmaids

  • 11:15/11:30AM Bride + ladies depart for Lurie Gardens via trolley

  • 11:45AM Groom + gents depart for Lurie Gardens via sprinter van

  • 12:15/12:30PM Bride + Groom First Look & Portraits

  • 1:15-2:00PM Wedding Party Photos

  • 1:30PM Family transportation to Church

    • Towncar #1: Parents of Bride @ 8101 Woodside Ln, Burr Ridge

    • Towncar #2: Grandparents + Aunt of Bride (Joe, Rose & Michelle Carnagio) @ 7622 Sawyer Rd., Darien

    • Towncar #3: Grandparents of Bride (Jim & Anna Murphy) @ 6486 Cherokee Dr., Indian Head Park

  • 2:00PM Wedding Party departs Lurie Gardens for Church via trolley

    • Head upstairs to holding space upon arrival (Lori meets Anthony for a few moments)

  • 2:15PM Maura & Adelyn arrive at church and find Olivia, planner; she will have programs for them

  • 2:30PM Church doors open to all guests

    • Doors open at 2:15 for any guests who need access to lift

  • 2:45PM(sharp!) Kelly + Anthony get married!

    • Following the ceremony, we will have extended family remain at the ceremony site for family photos

  • ~4:30PM Coach bus #1 departs with family to Wildman BT

  • ~4:30PM Trolley departs for Wildman BT with Wedding Party

  • 5:00-5:30PM Family & Wedding Party gathering at Wildman BT

  • 5:30-6:30PM Cocktail Hour at Wildman BT

  • 6:30-11:30PM Dinner, Speeches, and Dancing

    • The FOB, John Carnagio, will share a toast once guests are seated and couple has been introduced

    • The groom’s cousin, Brian Haapala, will share a blessing before dinner

    • Wedding party members will share toasts beginning at approximately 8:25PM, after entrees have been served

      • Dale Henry III, Best Man

      • Colleen Coyle & Kate McGinnis, Co-Maids of Honor

    • Following these toasts, the couple will share a toast, followed by special dances and then the dance floor opens!

  • ~9:30PM Coach bus #1 available for guest transit to Hyatt House

    • Will continue to loop as needed

  • 11:30PM Wedding ends and final guest bus available back to Hyatt House

  • 12:00AM Coach bus #2 transports Wedding Party to After Party

    • After Party at Fulton Market Kitchen
