FRIDAY | October 31, 2025

  • 3:00PM: Couple checks into hotel

  • 5:00PM: Brief ceremony rehearsal at The Dalcy. Please arrive at 4:45PM

    • The Dalcy is on the 3rd floor through Aba Restaurant

SATURDAY | November 1, 2025

  • 8:00AM-1:45PM - Bride & Ladies’ morning activities

    • 8:00AM: Bride & ladies convene in Emily’s suite at The Emily Hotel (Room #TBD)

      • Beauty schedule is linked HERE or you can scroll and see below (TO BE EDITED)

    • Breakfast will be provided

    • 11:45AM OFW Planning team arrives

    • 12:00PM Florist drops off personal floral

    • 12:00PM Photographers + Videographer arrive

    • 12:30PM Hair & Makeup complete; MOB & Attendants get dressed

      • Brad’s mom gets dressed and heads to Brad’s suite for family photos (begin at 12:45)

    • 12:30-1:00PM Bride gets into dress & Bridal Portraits

    • ~1:00PM Bridesmaid reveal in Emily’s suite

      • Bridesmaids clear room and head to lobby to load bus (departs at 2:15PM)

    • ~1:15PM Father of the Bride First Look in Emily’s suite

      • Emily’s brother meets in her room

  • 11:30AM-1:45PM - Groom & Gents’ morning activities

    • ~11:30AM Groom & gents convene in Brad’s suite at The Emily Hotel (Room# TBD)

    • 12:00PM Be dressed (no jackets) for the photographer

    • 12:45-1:15PM Pineless family photos in Brad’s suite

    • 1:40PM Groom is pre-set for first look

      • Groomsmen head to lobby to load bus (departs at 2:15PM)

  • 1:45-2:15PM Emily + Brad share their First Look and private vows!

  • 2:00PM Wedding Party convenes in the lobby to load bus — bring all reception items

  • 2:15PM Couple & wedding party load bus for photo locations

  • 2:30-3:30PM Couple & wedding party photos

  • ~3:40PM Couple + wedding party arrive at The Dalcy

  • 3:45-4:00PM: Immediate Family photos at The Dalcy in ceremony space

  • 4:00-4:15PM Private Ketubah ceremony

  • 4:00PM Guests begin arriving; valet set on Fulton & Green

  • 4:30-5:00PM Emily + Brad get married!

    • Following the ceremony, guests move to Aba for Cocktail Hour

    • Extended family photos immediately following ceremony

  • 5:00-6:00PM Cocktail Hour

    • At the end of cocktail hour, the couple will see the room and do a private cake cutting

  • 6:00PM-12:00AM Dinner, Speeches & Dancing

    • Couple will enter and go straight to sweetheart table

    • Both sets of parents will speak at approximately 6:20PM

    • Additional speeches begin at approximately 6:50PM, after entrees have been served

      • Emily’s Brother, Eli Berlin

      • Brad’s Brother, Ben Pineless

    • After the entree course, the couple will share a brief thank you toast

  • ~8:00PM The couple will share special dances with their parents and then the dance floor opens!

  • 11:00PM The band’s final set ends, and the DJ begins

  • 12:00AM Brad + Emily’s wedding concludes
