4:00PM Rehearsal at The Drake — Camellia Room
5:00PM Rehearsal Dinner at RPM Seafood
8:30PM Welcome Party at The Drake — Camellia

SATURDAY May 9, 2026

~9:45AM Ladies convene in Jen’s room at The Drake for Hair + Make-up
- Beauty schedule can be found below
- OFW planning team will arrive at 12:30PM
- Photographers will arrive at 1:00PM
~1:30PM Gentlemen convene in Robert’s room at The Drake
- Be dressed (no jackets) by 2:00 for the photographer to arrive
2:20-2:50PM Bride gets dressed and has solo portraits
- MOB dressed in wedding attire
2:50PM Bride’s First Look with Parents
- FOB and brother come to Jen’s room
3:00PM Jen + Robert share their first look at the park across the street from the Drake,
- Bring all reception items with you
3:30-4:30PM The Wedding Party and family join the couple will take photos in the park
4:30PM Transportation arrives at The Drake
- Limo for Bride + Parents
- Bus for Groom, wedding party + Groom’s parents
4:45PM Transportation departs The Drake for The Chicago History Museum
5:00PM Ladies head to wedding suite + sound check with officiant
5:30PM Jen + Robert get married!
6:00-7:00PM Cocktail Hour
7:00-11:30PM Dinner, Speeches, and Dancing
- Toasts will begin at approximately 7:15PM, immediately following grand entrance
  - Erin Risk, Maid of Honor
  - Payton Kirkpatrick, Best Man
  - James Huynh, Father of the Bride
- Following these toasts, entrees will be served, followed by cake cuting.
- Following cake cutting, we’ll move into special dances and open the dance floor!
11:30PM Wedding ends and guests transition to After Party
