SATURAY | May 23, 2026

  • 6:00PM: Brief ceremony rehearsal at The Publishing House

  • 8:00-10:00PM: Welcome Drinks at The Publishing House

SUNDAY | May 24, 2026

  • 8:00AM: Bride & ladies convene at The Publishing House in Nora’s room

    • Beauty schedule is linked HERE or you can scroll and see below

    • Breakfast will be provided

    • Florist drop-off by 1:30PM

    • OFW planning team will arrive at 1:15PM

    • Photographers will arrive at 1:30PM

  • ~11:00AM: Groom & gents convene at The Publishing House

    • Be dressed (no jackets) by 1:30PM for the photographer

  • ~2:45PM: Father of Bride First Look at The Publishing House

  • 3:00-3:15PM: Nora + Andrew share their First Look!

  • 3:15-4:15PM: Couple + wedding party photos around West Loop

  • ~4:25PM: Couple + wedding party arrive at Morgan’s on Fulton

  • 4:30-5:00PM: Family photos at MoF on deck (Penthouse, 3rd Floor)

  • 5:00PM: Guests begin arriving (Loft) - stairwell (R of the main door) or via elevator (main entrance)

  • 5:30-6:00PM: Wedding Ceremony (Loft, 2nd Floor)

    • Following the ceremony, guests use elevator or kitchen stairs to go straight to rooftop Penthouse for Cocktail Hour

  • 6:00-7:00PM: Cocktail Hour (Penthouse)

  • 7:00-11:00PM: Dinner, Speeches + Dancing (Penthouse)

    • Couple will enter and go straight to cake cutting, followed by a welcome toast

    • Wedding Party speeches begin at approximately 8:30PM, after entrees have been served, the couple will share a thank you toast immediately following

  • ~9:00PM: Special Dances and then the dance floor opens!

  • 11:00PM: Event ends
