FRIDAY May 8, 2026

  • 3:30PM Brief rehearsal at University Club Chicago, <<Michigan Room>>

  • 6:00PM Welcome Drinks, Chicago Elite Boat Cruise

    • Arrival 6:00 PM, Boat Cruise 6:30-9:30 PM

SATURDAY May 9, 2026

  • Ladies convene in Princeton Room & Room D (7th floor) at University Club Chicago at <<9:00AM>>

    • Breakfast & coffee will be provided

    • OFW planning team will arrive at 12:00PM

    • Photographers will arrive at 12:30PM

    • Hair & makeup is complete by <<12:30PM>>

  • Gentlemen convene in Room F (7th floor) at University Club at <<~10:ooAM>>

    • Drinks will be provided at 10:00AM

    • Be dressed (no jackets) by 1:00PM for the photographer to arrive

  • 1:00-2:00PM Bride & Bridesmaid Getting Ready Shots | Bride gets dressed | Bridal portraits

  • 2:15PM Wedding Party rests

    • Can keep items in Princeton Room (not locked) or move items to individual rooms

  • 2:15PM Photographers get Groom set for First Look

  • Meghan + Grant share their first look!

  • 2:25-3:15PM First Look | Couple Portraits

  • 3:15-3:30PM Couple rests to prep for family photos

  • 3:30PM Couple walks to Millennium Park for family photos

  • 3:40PM-4:20PM Family photos at Millennium Park <<Exact Location>>

    • Walk back to UCCO after family photos are complete

  • 4:30PM Couple & Wedding party tucked away

  • 4:30PM Guests begin arriving at University Club of Chicago, Michigan Room (2nd floor)

    • Wedding Party and couple rest in the Monroe Room

  • 5:00PM Meghan + Grant get married! (Michigan Room)

  • 5:30-6:30PM Cocktail Hour (Presidents Bar)

  • 6:30PM-11:30PM Dinner, Speeches, and Dancing (Michigan Room & Monroe Room)

    • The couple will be introduced and then give a brief toast

    • Toasts will begin at approximately 8:00PM, after entrees have been served

    • After entrees are cleared, the couple will cut their cake

    • Immediately following the cake cutting, the couple will share their First Dance & Parent Dances

    • After special dances conclude, the dance floor will open!

  • 11:30PM Wedding concludes
