Friday August 28, 2026

  • 3:00PM Rehearsal at Saint Pius X Catholic Church

  • 7:00PM Rehearsal Dinner at Gibsons Bar & Steakhouse

Saturday August 29, 2026

  • 07:00AM Ladies convene in Jen’s suite at the Drake Oak Brook

    • Beauty begins at 7:00AM — scroll down for schedule

    • OFW planning team will arrive at 11:00AM

    • Photographers will arrive at 11:30PM

  • 11:00AM Gentlemen convene at Jen + Ryan’s home

    • Be dressed (no jackets) by 12:30PM for getting ready shots with photographer

  • 12:00PM Jen gets dressed

    • MOB + sisters dressed in wedding attire to help Jen get into dress

  • 12:45PM All bridesmaids and family dressed

    • Head to lobby for transportation

  • 1:00PM Transportation departs hotel for church with Bride, Bridesmaids and Bride’s parents

    • Ladies go to bride’s room in church

    • Transportation departs church and heads to pick up gents

  • 1:25PM Transportation departs Jen + Ryan’s home for church with gents

    • Gents go to holding room when they arrive to church

  • 2:00-3:0PM Jen + Ryan get married!

  • 3:00-3:30PM Family photos at church immediately following ceremony

    • Wedding party heads to transportation

  • 3:30PM Bride +Groom and wedding party depart church for The Drake Oak Brook

  • 3:45-4:45PM Wedding party photos at The Drake Oak Brook

  • 5:00-6:00PM Cocktail Hour — The Drake Oak Brook - The Three Oaks/Flower Room

  • 6:00PM-11:00PM Dinner, Speeches, and Dancing — The Drake Oak Brook - The Grand Ballroom

    • The couple will cut their cake immediately following entrance

    • Father of the Bride welcome toast immediately following cake cutting

    • Blessing from Fr. Bob Beaven immediately following FOB toast

    • The first set of wedding part speeches will begin once salads have been served at approximately 6:45PM

    • The second set of wedding part speeches will begin once entrees have been served at approximately 7:45PM
