  • 7:00-9:00PM Shabbat Welcome Dinner at Anshe Emet Synagogue

SATURAY August 22, 2026

  • 9:30AM-1:00PM Aufruf Service at Anshe Emet Synagogue

  • 7:00-10:00PM "Bar Review" Welcome Reception at The Clark Street Dog

SUNDAY August 23, 2026

  • Ladies convene in Levin Room #206 at Beth El at 9:00AM

    • Beauty schedule is linked HERE or you can scroll and see below

    • Breakfast/lunch will be provided

    • OFW planning team will arrive at 11:30AM

    • Floral personals drop-off at 12:00PM

    • Photographer and videographer will arrive at 1:00PM

    • Hair & makeup is complete by 1:00PM

  • Ari & Party convene in youth lounge (downstairs) at Beth El at ~1:00PM

    • Breakfast/lunch will be provided

    • Ari dressed by 1:00PM for photographer

    • 12:30PM photographer arrives to capture gentlemen

  • 1:00PM Bride gets into dress

  • 1:30-2:00PM Couple Portraits around Beth El

  • 2:00-3:00PM Wedding Party/Family photos around Beth El

  • 3:00-3:30PM Brief ceremony rehearsal with Rabbi

    • Family + Wedding Party meet in ceremony space

    • Extended family photos to follow, time permitting

  • ~3:45PM Guests begin arriving at Beth El

  • 4:00-4:45PM Kabbalat Panim and Tisch at Beth El in the courtyard and Social Hall

  • 4:45PM Bedeken

  • 5:00PM Guests are seated for the ceremony

  • 5:00-6:00PM Cait + Ari get married!

  • 6:00-10:30PM Dinner and Dancing

    • The couple will be introduced, followed by the Hora and circle dancing

    • SPEECHES

    • After speeches conclude, the couple will cut the cake and then the dance floor will open!

  • 10:30PM Wedding concludes
