FRIDAY August 7, 2026

  • 3:00PM: Rehearsal at River Roast

  • 7:00PM: Rehearsal Dinner at Shaws Crab House

SATURDAY August 8, 2026

  • 9:00AM: Ladies convene in Jill’s room at The Westin River North

    • Beauty schedule — scroll and see below

    • OFW planning team will arrive at 10:30AM

  • 11:00AM: Gents convene in Jack’s room at The Westin River North

  • 11:00PM: Photographer arrives at The Westin River North — Jill’s room

    • Photographer will capture Ladies’ detail photos and getting ready photos from 11:00AM-12:30PM

    • Photographer will capture Gents’ detail photos and getting ready photos from 12:30-1:00PM

  • 1:00PM: The bride gets dressed!

    • MOB dressed in wedding attire to help Bride into dress

  • 1:45PM: Couple’s First Look at The Westin River North

  • 1:45-3:00PM: Couple photos at The Westin, Wrigley Building then River Roast

  • 3:00-3:30PM: Wedding party photos at River Roast & nearby

  • 3:30-4:00PM: Immediate family photos at River Roast & nearby

  • 4:30PM: Guests arrive at River Roast through Bridgehouse Foyer

  • 5:00PM: Jill + Jack get married!

    • Following the ceremony, extended family photos will take place in the Monarch Room

    • Jill + Jack spend a few private minutes in the wedding suite with drinks and snacks

  • 5:30-6:30PM: Cocktail Hour

  • 6:30-11:30PM: Dinner, Speeches, and Dancing

    • Couple entrance at approximately 6:50PM, immediately following will be cake cutting

    • FOB Welcome toast at approximately 6:55PM

    • Wedding party members will share toasts beginning at approximately 7:50PM, after entrees are served

    • The couple will share a Thank You toast following wedding party toasts

    • Special dances will take place immediately following the Thank you toast, then the dance floor opens!

  • 11:30PM: Wedding ends
