FRIDAY November 7, 2025

  • 5:00PM Rehearsal at St. Clement Parish

  • 6:00PM Welcome Party at The Gage Restaurant

SATURDAY November 8, 2025

  • Ladies convene in Bridal suite at the CAA at 7:00AM

    • OFW planning team will arrive at 10:45AM

    • Photographers will arrive at 11:00AM

  • Gentlemen convene at ~10:00AM

    • Be dressed (no jackets) by 12:30PM for the photographer to arrive

  • 11;30AM-12:00PM Getting Ready photos for both guys + gals

  • 12:00-12:30PM Bride gets into gown

  • 12:30-12:45PM Groom + Groomsmen portraits

  • 12:40PM FOB First Look, CAA — Suite or Madison Ballroom (dependent on space)

  • 12:55-1:30PM Madison + Jonathan share their first look, private vows, followed by couple portraits

  • 1:25PM Wedding party meets Bride + Groom by Marble staircase

  • 1:30-2:10PM Wedding party photos at Lurie Gardens + Millennium Park

  • 2:00PM Guest buses begin service to church from CAA

  • 2:15PM Wedding party bus pick up for church

  • 2:15PM Last guest bus departs CAA for church

  • 2:30PM Church opens for guests

  • 2:45PM Wedding party arrives at church

  • 3:00-4:00PM Madison + Jonathan get married!

    • Following the ceremony, family will remain at the ceremony site for photos at the altar

  • 4:30PM Wedding party + guest buses depart church for CAA

  • 5:30-6:30PM Cocktail Hour — Madison Ballroom

  • 6:30-11:30PM Dinner, Speeches, and Dancing — White City Ballroom

    • Fr. Peter will share a blessing following introductions + cake cutting

    • Speeches will begin at approximately 8:00PM, once entrees are served

      • James Canter, Father of the Bride

      • Connor Hoge, Best Man

      • Elle White, Maid of Honor

    • Dessert + coffee will be served following toasts, then special dances and finally an open dance floor!
