FRIDAY November 14, 2025

  • 4:00PM Brief rehearsal at University Club Chicago, Michigan Room (2nd Floor)

  • 5:30-7:30PM Rehearsal Dinner at The Gage

  • 7:30PM Welcome Cocktails at The Gage

SATURDAY November 15, 2025

  • Ladies convene in Princeton Room (7th floor) at University Club Chicago at 9:00AM

    • Beauty schedule is linked HERE or you can scroll and see below

    • Light Breakfast, coffee, and lunch will be provided

    • OFW planning team will arrive at 12:00PM

    • Photographers will arrive at 12:30PM

  • Gentlemen convene in Room F (7th floor) at University Club at ~11:ooAM

    • Coffee + lunch will be provided

    • Be dressed (no jackets) by 1:15PM for the photographer to arrive.

  • Pre-first look photos & events

    • 12:30-1:15PM Detail shots (in Shiri + George’s suite)

    • 1:15-2:00PM Getting Ready Photos (S+G separate), Bride gets dressed, and bridal portraits

    • ~1:30PM MOB & MOH get dressed to assist Shiri

    • 2:00-2:15PM Bridesmaid Reveal and FOB First look (Shiri’s suite)

  • !2:15PM Photographers get Groom set for First Look

  • Shiri + George share their first look at approximately 2:15PM in the Gallery (12th floor) at University Club

  • Pre-ceremony photos & events (Monroe Room available for party / family to relax when not needed)

    • 3:00-4:00PM Wedding Party Photos - Main Lobby Stairwell

    • 4:00-4:30PM Immediate Family Photos in the Michigan Room (at ceremony location)

    • 4:30-4:45PM Couple photos outside (weather permitting)
      4:45-5:00PM Extended family photos - Main Lobby Stairwell

  • 5:00PM Guests begin arriving at University Club of Chicago — Michigan Room (2nd floor)

    • Wedding Party and couple rest in the Monroe Room

  • 5:30PM Shiri + George get married!

  • 6:00-7:00PM Cocktail Hour — Presidents Bar (2nd floor)

  • 7:00PM-12:00AM Dinner, Speeches, and Dancing — Michigan Room & Monroe Room

    • The couple will be introduced, share their first dance and then give a brief toast

    • Parent Toasts will begin at approximately 7:45PM, after salads have been served

    • Parent dances will immediately follow these toasts

    • Wedding party members will share toasts beginning at approximately 8:40PM, once the entrees are served

    • After dinner concludes, the couple will cut their wedding cake and open the dance floor
