5:30-8:00PM: Rehearsal dinner at Ocean Prime

8:00-10:00PM: Welcome Party Ocean Prime

SATURDAY November 1, 2025

~8:00AM: Ladies convene in Nikki’s room at The Royal Sonesta
- See below for beauty schedule
- Food & drinks will be provided
- Photographers will arrive at 1:00PM
~11:30PM: Gentlemen convene in Knight’s room at The Royal Sonesta
- Food & drinks will be provided
- Be dressed (no jackets) by 1:00 for the second photographer to arrive
Photographer will capture detail photos and getting ready photos from 1:00-1:30PM
- After ladies getting ready photos, MOB will get dressed to help Nikki into her gown
- Wedding Party gets dressed while Nikki is changing
1:40PM: The bride gets dressed
2:00PM: FOB First Look in Nikki’s suite
2:05PM: Bridesmaids reveal in Nikki’s suite
- Bridesmaids should be dressed in wedding attire
~2:15-2:30PM: Nikki + Knight share their first look on the Riverfront
- Meanwhile, the Wedding Party and families will gather personal items and meet in the lobby to drop personal items on bus before Riverfront photos
2:30-3:00PM: Wedding Party photos on Riverfront
3:00-3:15PM: The wedding party, families and couple will load the bus to travel to Bridgeport Art Center
- Pick-up at the Royal Sonesta on Wacker Dr.
- Bring all reception items with you
- Bring snacks & drinks
~3:45PM: Wedding Party, families + couple arrive at Bridgeport Art Center — Skyline Loft
- Wedding party, families and couple head to wedding suite to drop items off, then to ceremony space
- Couple meets Toby for photos in ceremony space
3:45-4:10PM: Wedding Party Photos at BAC
4:10-4:30PM: Rehearsal for Wedding Party + Family in ceremony space, while Nikki + Knight take portraits in BAC
4:30-4:45PM: Immediate Family/Grandparent photos in ceremony space
4:45-5:00PM: Ketubah Ceremony
5:00PM: Venue opens for guests
5:00-5:20PM: Guest transportation arrives at Bridgeport Art Center
5:30PM: Nikki + Knight get married!
- Following the ceremony, there will be extended family photos
- Following family photos, Nikki + Knight will spend a few private minutes in the VIP suite with drinks and snacks — MOH to bustle Nikki’s dress
6:00-7:00PM: Cocktail Hour
7:00-11:30PM: Dinner, Speeches, and Dancing
- Welcome toast by Parents of Bride once couple is seated
- Blessing of challah (Grandpa Stuart + Grandma Marsha) and wine (Loren + Kate) immediately following welcome toast
- Wedding party members will share toasts beginning at approximately 8:10PM, after entrees are served
  - Rich Colman, FOG
  - Marielle Epstein, MOH
  - Ben Grannis + Mason McCool, Best Men
- Immediately following toasts, Nikki + Knight will share a thank you toast, followed by their first dance
- Parent dances to follow couple’s first dance
  - Mother/Son dance
  - Father/Daughter dance
- Dancefloor opens at 8:30PM!
~10:00PM: Guest buses depart for the Royal Sonesta —> The Langham —> The Gwen (loop 2 of 2)
11:30PM: Wedding ends and
11:45PM: Guest buses depart for the Royal Sonesta —> The Langham —> The Gwen (loop 2 of 2)
11:45PM: After Party at Emerald Loop Bar & Grill!
