11:00AM Brief ceremony rehearsal at Morgan’s on Fulton. Please meet in the restaurant / street level and then we’ll go to the Loft (2nd floor) together.
Mandatory attendees: Kev, Doni, Ganz, Michael. Optional attendees - Mazureks, Jordan, Ray, Christina.
5:00-8:00PM Welcome party at Clever Coyote — The Robey

SATURDAY | November 22, 2025
~7:00AM Bride, Groom + family convene at Couple’s Home (Breakfast + mimosas to be provided)
Beauty schedule can be found below:
Mary arrive by 7, Ken arrive by 7:30, Karen arrive no later than 9:30 (Mike can come whenever!).
Heidi arrive by 7:30, Christina and Jordan pick up breakfast, arrive no later than 8:30
OFW planning team will arrive at 11:15AM
Photographers will arrive at 11:45PM
Florist drop-off at ~10:00AM (Doni’s bouquet, Kevin’s bout + dog collar)
~11:00AM Mazurek’s depart
Mike (FOG) handling cake pick up between 11-1 at ECBG studio
Ray (BM) picks up lunch @ 11, heads to couple's house.
12:15PM All hair + makeup complete — Mother of the Bride gets dressed while photo takes getting ready shots
12:25PM Doni gets dressed with MOB + Kevin finishes getting dressed
1:00-1:20PM Couple shares their first look in their courtyard!
~1:25PM Couple, Lead photo + content creator depart for couple portraits at The Robey (walking if nice, ubering otherwise)
2:45PM Couple, Lead photo + content creator depart for MoF
2:30PM Jordyn L + Danielle E (friends) leave Doni’s to check couple in at The Emily, then before bring Ruthie to MoF by 3:30PM
Get (2) extra room keys for OFW Coordinator
Bring Doni's dress change + shoes
**Ganz to arrive at MoF by 3:30PM (walking ruthie down aisle)
3:00PM Couple, Lead photo + content creator, Kev’s immediate family + Doni’s extended family (Millers + Dubois) arrive at MoF
Everyone meets in Penthouse for family photos
Drop personal items in suite
3:30PM Ketubah ceremony in Penthouse - couple + immediate family + Jordan P (friend of Groom) and Brett M (friend of bride) present
3:30PM Guests begin arriving - champagne + self service coat check available on first floor
~3:45PM Guests head upstairs to Loft to find a seat
4:00PM Doni + Kevin get married!
Following the ceremony, guests use elevator or kitchen stairs to go straight to rooftop Penthouse for Cocktail Hour
Couple + Kevin’s extended family (Mazurek, Mollenhouse + Rockey) stay
**Ganz to meet Claire outside to drop Ruthie off
4:30-5:30PM Cocktail Hour (Penthouse)
5:30-11:00PM Dinner, Speeches + Dancing (Penthouse)
Cake cutting will follow the couple’s entrance
Immediately following there will be a Prayer over Challah
2 readings: Danielle E for wine + Papa for bread
Heidi DuBois (MOB) gives welcome toast at approximately 5:55PM
Wedding Party speeches begin at approximately 6:20PM, after starters have been served

Man of Honor, Jordan Robinson
Tables 6 + 12 striked for dancefloor after main course is cleared
The couple will share a thank you toast + special dances will begin at ~7:40PM
