  • 07:00AM Ladies convene at Megan’s Parent’s Home

    • Beauty begins at 7:15AM—See below for beauty schedule

    • OFW planning team will arrive at 10:30AM

    • Photographer + Content Creator will arrive at 11:00AM

  • 10:30AM Gentlemen convene in Sam’s room at The Renaissance Schaumburg

    • Be dressed (no jackets) by 11:00AM for getting ready shots with photographer

  • 11:45AM Megan gets dressed with MOB

    • All ladies get dressed and ready for bride’s reveal

  • 11:50PM Gents head down to lobby with cooler to load bus for church

    • To leave at 12:05PM

  • 12:20PM Bride’s first look with ladies

  • 12:40PM Bus departs Megan’s Parent’s Home with Megan, Bridesmaids + MOB for St. James Church

  • 12:55PM Megan’s first look with Dad at St. James Church

  • 1:00-1:45PM Megan + Sam get married!

    1:45-2:30PM Photos at St. James Church

  • 2:30PM Wedding Party departs St. James on bus for photos at North School Park

    • Immediate Family photos at North School Park

  • 3:30PM Wedding Party departs North School Park on bus for Goebbert’s

  • 5:00-6:00PM Cocktail Hour, Goebbert’s Pingree Grove

  • 6:00PM-11:30PM Dinner, Speeches, and Dancing

    • The couple will cut their cake immediately following entrance

    • Blessing by Megan’s Uncle + Sam’s Uncle

    • FOB toast

    • MOH toast at approximately 7:15PM

    • Matron of Honor toast at approximately 8:00PM

    • Best Man toast immediately following Matron of Honor toast

    • Following these toasts, special dances will begin.

  • ~8:15PM Thank you toast from couple

    • Couple takes photos at each table immediately following couple’s toast

  • 8:25PM Dance floor opens!

  • 10:00PM-12:30 Guest transportation begins from Goebbert’s to Renaissance Schaumburg

    • Bus will loop between venue and hotel multiple times

  • 11:30PM Reception ends

  • 11:30PM-12:30AM After Party!
