  • 7:40AM Ladies convene in Meri’s room at the Marriott Marquis for Hair + Make-up

    • Beauty schedule can be found below

    • OFW planning team will arrive at 11:30AM

    • Allison (Lead photographer) and Zach (Lead videographer) will arrive at 12:00PM

  • 11:00AM Ladies lunch delivered Meri’s room

  • 12:00PM Gentlemen convene at Revel Motor Row

    • Be dressed (no jackets) by 12:00 for the second photographer + second videographer to arrive

    • Gents lunch delivered to Revel Motor Row at 12:15PM

  • 12:00-12:45PM Detail & ladies getting ready shots in Meri’s room

  • 12:00-1:00PM Detail & gents getting ready shots at Revel Motor Row

  • 12:45PM Ladies matching outfit photos

  • 12:50-1:10PM Bride gets dressed

  • 3:30PM Guest transportation (38 passenger vehicle) arrives at the Marriott Marquis

  • 3:45PM Wedding party arrives at Revel Motor Row

    • Drop personal items in holding area

    • Photos in ceremony space for immediate family

  • 3:45PM Guest transportation (family) departs the Marriott Marquis for The Hampton Inn then Revel Motor Row

  • 4:00PM Guest transportation (family) arrives at Revel Motor Row

    • Family heads to courtyard for photos

  • 4:00-4:20PM Family photos in courtyard

  • 4:15PM Guest transportation (trolley) departs the Marriott Marquis for The Hampton Inn then Revel Motor Row

  • 4:30PM Guest transportation (trolley) arrives at Revel Motor Row

    • FOB toast will take place immediately following grand entrance and cake cutting

    • Toasts will begin at approximately 7:55PM, immediately following entrees being served

    • Following these toasts, we’ll move into special dances, then open the dance floor!

      • First dance

      • Father/Daughter dance

  • 11:00PM Wedding ends and guests transition to After Party
