FRIDAY June 19, 2026

  • 6:00PM Rehearsal at Madonna Della Strada Chapel

  • 8:00PM Welcome Reception at CAA - Game Room

SATURDAY June 20, 2026

  • Ladies convene in Angela’s suite at the CAA at 7:15AM

    • See below for HMU schedule

    • OFW planning team will arrive at 11:30AM

    • Photographers will arrive at 12:00PM

  • Gentlemen convene between 10:30AM-1:30PM at the Topgolf Swing Suite at CAA

    • Be dressed (no jackets) by 12:30PM for the photographer to arrive

  • 12:30PM Getting Ready photos for both guys + gals

  • 12:40-12:55PM Bride gets dressed

    • MOB + Angela’s sisters assist — dressed in wedding attire

  • 1:00PM Father of the Bride First Look, CAA — Angela’s Suite

  • 1:10PM Reveal to bridesmaids — all dressed in wedding attire

  • 1:20PM Angela + Tanner share their first look, private vows, followed by couple portraits

  • 1:45PM Wedding Party trolley departs to church from CAA

  • 2:00PM Guest transportation departs to church from CAA

  • 2:30PM Wedding party arrives at church — head to holding areas

  • 3:00-4:00PM Angela + Tanner get married!

    • Following the ceremony, family will remain in seats for photos at the altar

  • 4:20PM Guest transportation departs to CAA from church

  • 4:20-4:40PM Wedding party/couple portraits behind church

  • 4:45PM Wedding party trolley departs to CAA from church

  • 5:30-6:00PM Wedding party/couple portraits at CAA

  • 6:00-7:00PM Cocktail Hour — Madison Ballroom

  • 7:00-12:00AM Dinner, Speeches, and Dancing — White City Ballroom

    • Fr. Tom Fangman will share a blessing following introductions + cake cutting

    • Father of the Bride will share a welcome toast once the first course has been served

    • Speeches will begin at approximately 8:50PM, once entrees are served
