- OFW planning team will arrive at 12:00PM
- Photographers will arrive at 12:30PM
12:00PM Gentlemen convene in Steve’s room at the Royal Sonesta Chicago Downtown
- Lunch for the gents in Steve’s room at 12:00PM
- Be dressed (no jackets) by 1:00PM — groomsmen will take getting ready/detail photos
1:00PM Olivia gets dressed with MOB + MOH in her room
- MOB + MOH dressed in wedding attire
1:20PM Bride’s first look with FOB + brothers in her room
1:30PM Bridesmaids reveal in Olivia’s room
1:45PM Bride + Groom first look at the Royal Sonesta Chicago Downtown
2:00-4:15PM Couple, wedding party and family photos
5:00PM Olivia + Steve get married!
- Extended family photos immediately after ceremony
5:30-6:30PM Cocktail Hour, Royal Sonesta Downtown Chicago
6:30-11:00PM Dinner, Speeches, and Dancing
- The couple will cut their cake immediately following entrance
- Moms’ toasts immediately after cake cutting
- Wedding party members will share toasts beginning at approximately 7:20PM

- Olivia + Steve will share a Thank You toast at 8:20PM
- Following these toasts, we’ll move into special dances and then the dance floor opens!
