- Saint Clement Parish has a parking lot located on the south side of Deming Place, across from the church
6:00-8:00PM Rehearsal Dinner at Topo Gigio
8:00-10:00PM Welcome Party at The Ambassador Hotel, The Library

SATURDAY August 16, 2025

6:45AM - 2:00PM Ladies’ morning, first looks, and photos
- 6:45AM Ladies convene in the Ambassador Suite at the Ambassador Hotel
- Beauty schedule is linked HERE or you can scroll and see below
- 11:30AM OFW planning team arrives
- 11:30AM All personal floral will be dropped at the Ambassador (planner takes family floral to church)
- 12:00PM Photographers & Videographers arrive (lead photographer with ladies; second with gents at Thompson)
- 12:00PM Bridal attendants, MOB & Grandma get dressed
- 12:30-1:30PM Bride get into dress, followed by bridal shots and Bridesmaids reveal
- 1:00PM Trolley arrives at The Ambassador for Bride, Bridesmaids & Bride’s family
- 1:30PM Bride first look with Dad at Ambassador rooftop
- 1:45PM Trolley departs Ambassador for Lincoln Park (petting zoo drop off) with Bride, Bridesmaids, Bride’s family
- ~2:00PM Brief Bridesmaid photos (family stays on the bus)
- 2:25PM Ladies & family depart photo location for church
~10:00AM-2:00PM Gents’ morning & photos
- ~10:00AM Gents convene in the Penthouse Suite at The Thompson
- 12:00PM Dressed and ready for photos/check out
- 12:00PM Second photographer arrives at the Thompson

- 2:00PM Depart for church (text planner, Olivia, when departing)

- 2:30PM Doors open | Guests begin arriving at church
- 2:35PM Ladies & family arrive at church — tucked away in separate holding space
3:00-4:00PM Ceremony
4:00-4:20PM Formal family photos at church altar
4:20-4:40PM Wedding party photos on church steps
4:45PM Trolley departs with wedding party from St. Clement to Theatre on the Lake
5:00PM Wedding party arrive at TOTL
5:15-6:00PM Wedding party & couple photos on the lakefront
5:30-6:30PM Cocktail Hour at large indoor bar & South Patio
6:30PM-11:30PM Dinner, Speeches, and Dancing
- Introduction & Couple’s first dance
- Welcome Toast by FOB, Rob Kramer
- Parent dances will take place immediately following the welcome toast
- Blessing immediately following special dances, followed by dinner service
- Wedding party speeches will take place after entrees are served around 8:15PM

  - Best Man, Alexander Herbst
Immediately following speeches, the couple will cut their cake and share a toast
~8:45PM Dancefloor opens!
9:30PM one large guest bus is available for transportation back to the Ambassador & Westin Michigan Ave
- Bus will loop back to hotels throughout the night
- Final pick up at the end of the event
11:30PM Event ends
12:00 AM Bus departs TOTL for After Party (ONLY)
12:00AM - late After Party at Vaughn’s Pub Lakeview
