Schedule of Events

THURSDAY October 2, 2025

  • 12:00PM: Rehearsal with couple and family at Bridgeport Art Center — Sculpture Garden

    • Park in the main lot and head to the Sculpture Garden

  • Between 2:00-5:00PM: Couple checks into The Publishing House

  • 6:00PM: Rehearsal dinner at The Publishing House

FRIDAY October 3, 2025

  • 8:30AM: Ladies convene in Taylor’s room at The Publishing House

    • Beauty schedule is linked HERE or you can scroll and see below

    • Breakfast & Coffee will be provided

    • Florist drops off personals at 12:00PM

    • OFW planning team will arrive at 1:00PM

    • Photographers and Videographer will arrive at 1:30PM

  • ~12:00PM: Gentlemen convene in Drew’s room at The Publishing House

    • Be dressed (no jackets) by 1:30 for the photographer to arrive

  • Photographer will capture detail photos and getting ready photos from 2:00-2:20PM

    • After these photos, MOB will get dressed to help Taylor into her gown

  • 2:00PM: The bride gets dressed

  • ~2:25PM: FOB First Look at The Publishing House

    • Meanwhile, the rest of the wedding party will get dressed and meet in the lobby at 2:40PM for the bus

  • ~2:45PM: Taylor + Drew share their first look at The Publishing House

  • ~2:45-4:15PM: The wedding party and couple will load the bus to travel to Ping Tom Memorial Park for photos

    • Bring all reception items with you

    • Bring snacks & drinks

  • ~4:20PM: Wedding Party arrive at Bridgeport Art Center — Sculpture Garden

    • Wedding party and couple head to wedding suite to drop items off

    • Enter Sculpture Garden and go through hallway by shops, into space, and back by the restrooms to enter suite

    • 2 suites - one for party stuff and other for couple

    • Planner will have keypad codes

  • 4:30-5:00PM: Immediate Family photos at Bridgeport Art Center — Sculpture Garden in ceremony space

  • ~4:30PM: Guest bus departs the Hyatt House West Loop and travels to Crowne Plaza West Loop

  • ~4:45PM: Guest bus departs the Crowne Plaza West Loop and travels to Bridgeport Art Center

  • 5:00PM: Venue opens for guests

  • 5:15PM: Guest transportation arrives at Bridgeport Art Center

  • 5:30PM: Taylor + Drew get married!

    • Following the ceremony, there will be extended family photos

    • Following family photos, Taylor + Drew spend a few private minutes in the VIP suite with drinks and snacks

  • 6:00-7:00PM: Cocktail Hour

  • 7:00-11:30PM: Dinner, Speeches, and Dancing

    • FOB, Bill Martin, toast will be given at approximately 7:15PM, after everyone is seated

    • Wedding party members will share toasts beginning at approximately 8:15PM, after entrees are served

      • Erin Greer, MOH

      • Scott Demma, Best Man

    • Immediately following, Taylor + Drew will share a thank you toast, followed by their first dance

    • Dancefloor opens at 8:30PM!

  • 10:15PM: Guest transportation departs for Crowne Plaza then to Hyatt House (loop 1 of 2)

  • 11:30PM: Wedding ends and guest bus is available back to the Crowne Plaza —> Hyatt House —> Publishing House (loop 2 of 2)
