Friday, October 23, 2026

  • 9:45AM Ladies convene in the Harris Room (2nd floor) at Kimpton Gray

    • Beauty begins at 10:15AM—See below for beauty schedule

    • Lunch & drinks provided

    • OFW coordinator, Katie, will arrive at 12:30PM

    • Photographers will arrive at 1:00PM

    • Videographer will arrive at 1:45PM

  • ~12:00PM Gentlemen convene in the Robie Room (2nd floor) at Kimpton Gray

    • Lunch & drinks provided

    • Be dressed (no jackets) by 2:30PM — groomsmen will take getting ready/detail photos

  • 1:00-2:00PM Detail + Ladies getting ready photos

    • MOB + MOH get dressed immediately following HMU touch-ups at 2:00PM

    • Bridesmaids take personal items to rooms and meet at Taylor’s suite at 2:30PM for reveal

  • ~2:15-2:30PM Taylor gets dressed with MOB & MOH

    • MOB & MOH dressed in wedding attire

    • Few portraits in suite before bridesmaids reveal

  • 2:30PM Bride’s reveal to bridesmaids in Taylor’s suite

    • Bridesmaids can hang in Robie Room with guys until wedding party photos

  • 2:40PM Bride’s first look with FOB in Taylor’s suite

  • 2:45PM Second shooter & video set-up Nick for first look in Vol.39 (2nd floor)

  • 2:50PM Bride & Groom first look in Vol.39

    • Couple will take a few portraits before joining wedding party for photos

  • 3:15-4:30PM Couple & wedding party photos around Kimpton Gray, outside + Board of Trade (weather/time permitting)

  • 4:30PM Wedding party freshens up and hangs in Harris Room until ceremony

  • 4:30-5:15PM Immediate family photos at Kimpton Gray — staircase on second floor

  • 5:15PM Couple wedding party & family freshen up and hang in Harris Room until ceremony

  • 5:30PM Guest begin arriving at Kimpton Gray — Adler Ballroom (15th floor)

  • ~5:55PM Line up couple, wedding party & family in hall/foyer for processional

  • 6:00PM Taylor + Nick get married!

  • 6:00-7:00PM Cocktail Hour at Kimpton Gray — Boleo (15th floor)

  • 7:00-9:00PM Dinner, and Speeches at Kimpton Gray — Adler Ballroom

    • Immediately following their entrance, the couple will cut their cake

    • Immediately following cake cutting, the couple will share a thank you toast

    • The FOB will share a toast at ~8:15PM near the head table, once first course is served

    • Speeches at approximately 8:40PM once second course is served

  • ~9:00PM-1:00AM Dancing at Kimpton Gray — Boleo

    • Father-Daughter dance at ~9:15PM

    • Mother-Son dance immediately following

    • Couple’s first dance immediately following

  • 1:00AM Reception ends
