Kevin + Walker: Bright, Heartfelt, Fun, Lake Geneva Wedding

Last July, Kevin + Walker hosted their wedding weekend in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin, a place where Kevin’s family has been visiting for years. It was a really, really special weekend with a few boat rides on the lake, bright, sunny decor, and just the most fabulous guest list. We secured a vendor dream team, including paper goods from the talented Stone Fruit Studio, bright floral from Frontier Flowers of Fontana, and the wonderful Marianne and Andrew Nicodem, who were there to capture the whole weekend. It was an absolute honor to work with these two — wanna do it again this summer, gents?!

Kevin + Walker had the most FUN wedding party and everyone got ready together at their suite at the Grand Geneva Resort. Style Hype was on hand to provide beauty services for the ladies and gents.

I really love that Kevin + Walker decided to get ready together. Their fabulous Enzo Custom suits shone in the summer sunshine.

The Nicodems had fun capturing the wedding party around the Grand Geneva property, and man, do they look good!!

We all made it over to The Riviera Ballroom, (thanks to Lakefront Shuttle) situated right on the Lake, for their ceremony, officiated by Walker’s cousin, Maria.

Guests were greeted with a glass of champagne at the door, and once seated, Kevin + Walker processed down the aisle following their wedding party with their moms.

After the ceremony, the newlyweds and their guests made their way to the Lady of the Lake, docked right behind the Riviera, for cocktail hour. It was a unique way to show off the fabulous Lake Geneva to guests!

Meanwhile, the vendor team stayed behind at The Riviera to transform it into a dreamy dinner and dancing spot with the most incredible head table you’ve ever seen, thanks to floral by Frontier Flowers of Fontana. I mean… LOOK AT THIS!

The details were fabulous, thanks to stationery from the talented Stone Fruit Studio, a top notch wine and bar selection from Drink Inc., a lovely cake from Julie Michelle Cakes, silver chiavari chairs from Tablescapes, and of course, the floral from Frontier Flowers of Fontana.

Once guests returned to The Riviera after their jaunt on Lake Geneva, Bluewater Kings Band was ready to guide the evening. There were heartfelt speeches, sweet mom dances, a cake cutting, and Kevin + Walker’s first dance. Zilli’s served a yummy dinner for guests to enjoy as they watched the festivities.

The band kept the dance floor packed all night — it was a FUN wedding. (I kept telling them that I would have loved to be a guest!!)
