FRIDAY September 19, 2025

  • 5:00-6:00PM Ceremony Rehearsal at Church of Saint Mary / Marriage License hand-off

  • 6:00-8:00PM Rehearsal Dinner at Deer Path Inn

SATURDAY September 20, 2025

  • 7:00AM Ladies convene at Deer Path Inn in Bridal Suite

    • See below for beauty schedule —- Dry hair, clean skin, all ready by 7:30 AM

    • Breakfast, lunch, and beverages will be provided

    • OFW planning team will arrive at 12:00PM

    • Lead Photographer + Videographer arrive at Deer Path Inn at 12:00PM

  • ~9:30AM Jeffrey’s sisters depart for Groom’s Home to finish getting ready

  • ~11:00AM Gentlemen convene at Groom’s Home

    • Be dressed (no jackets) by 12:30PM for the second photographer to arrive

  • 12:30-1:00PM Detail shots

  • 1:00PM Hair & Makeup complete for Bride, MOB, and bridesmaids

    • MOB + MOH to get dressed so they can assist bride into her gown

  • 1:00PM Jeffrey’s sisters return to Deer Path Inn before departure for ceremony

  • ~1:15PM Bride + Bridesmaids photos

    • Bridesmaids bring out all personal items out of bridal suite and bring on bus, and gather everything you need for the rest of the day

  • 1:20PM Bride gets dressed + final touch ups

  • 1:50PM Bride’s First Look with FOB

  • 2:00PM Bride’s First Look with Bridesmaids

  • 2:20PM Groom + Groomsmen + Second Photo depart for church

    • Head to back sacristy/vestibule for pre-ceremony

  • 2:30PM Church doors open to all guests

    • Ushers to pass out programs

  • 2:50PM Bride + ladies depart for Church of Saint Mary on foot — line up in vestibule upon arrival

  • 3:00-4:00PM Julia + Jeffrey get married!

    • Following the ceremony, we will have extended family remain at the ceremony site for family photos

    • Remaining guests will head outside for grand exit + large group photo

    • Bridal party to clear out suite

  • 4:30-5:30PM Couple + Bridal Party + Photo + Video board bus and head to Medinah Country Club

    • Parents take personal cars and meet at photo location at Medinah

  • 5:30-6:30PM Family Photos, then wedding party photos, then couple portraits

  • 5:45 + 6:00PM Guest transportation from Eaglewood departs for Medinah

  • 6:00-7:00PM Cocktail Hour at Medinah Country Club

  • 7:00-12:00AM Dinner, Speeches, and Dancing

    • Cake cutting immediately following grand entrance

    • Quick Table Tour photos at each table immediately following cake cutting

    • The FOB, Craig Holstead, will share a toast following the table tour

    • Fr. Radley Alcantara will share a blessing before dinner

    • Wedding party members will share toasts beginning at approximately 7:45PM, after salads have been served

      • Emily Lehman, Maid of Honor

      • Anthony Gianelli, Best Man

    • Following these toasts, entrees will be served, followed by special dances and then the dance floor opens!

  • 10:00PM Eaglewood Resort shuttle begins rounds of guest transportation

    • Will continue to loop at 11PM + 12AM

  • 12:00AM Event ends!
