Mark + Mark: Chic, Sweet, and Breezy Summer Rooftop Wedding
The moment I spoke to Mark + Mark, I knew I wanted to work with them. The way they described their life together, from meeting just before the pandemic, Zoom dating and becoming part of each others pod when they finally met, balancing Mark D’s residency schedule and eventually getting engaged in Provincetown, their story re-fueled my love for love, and I was thrilled when they decided to work with me to create their dream day (really, I clapped and cheered at dinner, haha). The Mark’s, as they are known by their friends and family, created an intentional and truly beautiful day that was so fun to put together piece by piece with each amazing vendor we worked with.
I still miss our late night meetings and laughs, but am so lucky to have been part of their day celebrating love in all its capacities.
All the congratulations and love, Mark + Mark! Cheer’s to your perfect summer soiree, and to your first few months of married bliss.

The Mark’s day started at The Emily Hotel, surrounded by their bridal party and family. Truly, one of most chill vibes I have experienced on a wedding morning, with everyone just so happy and excited for these two.
Instead of a full first look, M+M decided to get ready together and have some finishing touches moments with their moms, before sharing private vows in their suite.
My girl, Emily Williams Photography, took this blue crew (shout out to Birdy Grey, Indochino, and Men’s Wearhouse for the fab fits) to the river walk (on what was a STUNNING sunshiny day) for portraits. The El conductor even honked their congratulations!
Meanwhile, back at one of our fave places to celebrate, Morgan’s on Fulton, we were prepping for a sweet loft ceremony that would surround M+M in lush blue and white florals while they tied the knot.
Before we knew it, it was time to head down the aisle! Don’t M+M’s smiled just make you melt?
The Marks are married!
Upstairs for cocktail hour and dinner, Thistle & Plume outdid themselves with a stunning wash of delicate blue florals and candles, paired with matching Minted paper goods, and an always amazing cake from ECBG cake studio.
Mark, Mark, and their guests enjoyed speeches by parents and friends, along with a delish dinner al fresco style with rooftop open and candlelight glimmering as the sun set before sharing special mother and son dances, and finally, The Mark’s first dance as a married couple.
And yes, as you can imagine, their dance floor was a VIBE!
Cheer’s to The Mark’s! Your day was as perfect as the two of you.
